The design process began with a virtual organization around a central atrium, accommodating multimedia programs, theater, and a library. These elements are distributed vertically and connected primarily through stair circulation, with four balconies projecting into the atrium at each level, inspired by DS+R's Paralympic Museum in Colorado.
Circulation is further articulated through ramps that wrap around the structural columns, while programmatic spaces are strategically arranged along the atrium's perimeter.
The design features six primary columns that serve as the project's structural anchors, with the void between them preserved as the atrium. Repeating forms wrap each column and are linked by hyperbolic surfaces, producing a continuous twisting geometry that efines the interior space.
