WHO?
I’m Dorian Chen, an architectural designer and Pratt Institute B.Arch graduate interested in the intersection of architecture, sustainability, technology, and AI. My work explores how emerging technologies, computational design, and environmentally responsive strategies can create architecture that is more adaptive, efficient, and connected to its surroundings. Born and raised in Taiwan and educated in New York, I bring a cross-cultural perspective to design and am interested in creating architecture that connects technology with environmental responsibility and human experience.

Research Assistant of Professor Jason Vigneri-Beane
Assisted in AI image generation, coding, and scripting for architectural and ecological visuals using Midjourney, Runway, Hunyuan, Forge, and Comfy UI; experimented with Loras, control nets, and multi-element workflows, with potential applications in 3D modeling and printing.
CJ Studio CO,. LTD Architecture Interior Design Internship
Contributed to physical model making for housing complexes, 3D furniture and interior material modeling in Revit, and supported interior construction supervision and completion.
Research Assistant of Professor Jonathan A. Scelsa
Assisted in developing 3D Rhinocerous Grasshopper scripts, designing and 3D-printing customized holder to control a robotic arm for spray-painting repetitive dot-to-line patterns, producing a series of modern paintings.
